Whitakers recently repaired my vehicle after a front end collision. The price of the repairs was consistent with previous experiences that I have had, if not actually a much better value than dealerships in the Austin area.
The job was done right the first time - no followups required.
The vehicle was ready as promised and the folks at Whitakers did a great job at cleaning the vehicle and having it ready to go.
I highly recommend this company to anyone who, like me, doesn't like auto repairs etc and wants a great experience from the run of the mill jobs.

He is an outstanding example of courtesy and accommodation.
Alex went out of his way to assist me with my repair needs recently.
The car was repaired expertly and on time, but it was his willingness to go out of his way to help me that prompted me to write this.
Thank goodness there are still employees who prize craftsmanship and customer relations above profit.

I recently had a fender bender on the Lamar Bridge.
I was paying for the repairs myself, and after another collision shop wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for a new bumper assembly for my old 98 Prism.
I took it to Whitakers, where Carlos Davila was willing to work with me, saying they'd install the new bumper, if I got the parts.
I found a used bumper and bought some new headlights, and Carlos was a man of his word.
Whitakers installed the bumper and headlamps at a reasonable price, with no pressure for any service I didn't want.
The whole deal ended up costing me half the original estimate.
They did a great job, for the price they quoted me, and in the time they said they would.
Great service, good people.

All phases of the repair process were handled with unusual professionalism and efficiency.
Each employee did their job well, and my automobile was restored to its original condition.
They worked well with the car rental company, and the insurance company.
I would highly recommend this business, and it would be my first choice for an Auto Body and Paint shop should I need one again.
